American Cement, residents to form community advisory panels across New Mexico

Dust, grime, stench and pollution were words that echoed through the Sandoval County Commission chambers on Thursday night as the county’s Planning and Zoning Commission considered a proposal for a temporary asphalt plant at NM 165 and I-25.
