Leonard Bruce

Gila River Indian Community – Department of Environmental Quality

Leonard Bruce is the NTAA Alternate for USEPA Region 9. He is employed by the Gila River Indian Community as a Senior Planner & Policy Analyst. His past experience includes grant management and policy analysis on a variety of topics related to science and technology. He has a BS in sociology and a MA in Science & Technology Policy from Arizona State University. He also represents USEPA Region 9 tribes in the E-Enterprise Leadership Council.
