U.S. EPA’s proposed National Program Manager’s Guidance Document. EPA uses the National Program Manager (NPM) Guidances to focus on EPA’s environmental program delivery in partnership with regional offices, states, and tribes as well as on internal efforts. The FY 2016-2017 NPM guidances are available for comment from February 23, 2015-March 23, 2015. You can submit comments to Marc Vincent and the appropriate NPM contact by March 23, 2015.
