This is a supplement to EPA’s 2018 proposal, Strengthening Transparency in Regulatory Science. This SNPRM seeks to define several terms from the original proposal, and expand the reach of the proposal. This will have the effect of limiting the studies that have been, or will be, done on the impacts of air pollution, potentially leading to laxer environmental standards.
