Josh Paul

Josh Paul is the NTAA EC alternate rep for USEPA region 1. Josh is employed by the Penobscot Nation as the Air Quality program manager. Josh began working full-time in air quality in the fall of 2022. Josh operates and maintains an acid rain monitoring system, mercury deposition system, and a particulate monitoring system as part of the air program. Josh is also involved in developing a community outreach program to help educate tribal members on how to improve indoor air quality.
